Bevel grinding service.

We bring a unique premium quality bevel & chamfering service to the sub contract grinding industry.

With a workable range of 0 to 90 degrees we are able to provide bevelling at pre hardened stage, eliminating the milling process thus reducing cost & improving lead time! We also provide finish ground bevelling & chamfering on heat treated materials.

Ground flat stock .

Sub contract grinding of pre hardened 01 gauge plates to an industry standard line ground surface finish & a recognised standard GFS tolerance of +/- 0.001" Flat ground & +/-0.002" Edge ground at a grinding capacity of 72" x 15"(1829mm x 381mm).

Bevel re-sharpening .

Premium quality bevel regrinding service to the recycling industry. We re-sharpen all types of straight edged knives bevelled, double bevelled, multi bevelled or double edged knives for use in the recycling of wood, paper, metal, rubber, plastic & stone.

Our E.G.S Parallels are manufactured in house. Raw material, segmental ground, hardened, tempered, Smithed then finish line  ground to a tolerance of +/- 0.0005" providing premium quality H&G Parallels to the production engineering industry.
